The Red Squirrel ranges from Qubec west to Alaska, through New England
South through the Appalichians to Tennessee, west through the northern
half of Ohio, most of Indiana and northern Illinois, and through the
Lake states and eastern North Dakota. The red squirrel is also found
through the rock mountains to southern New Mexico *47:121*.
