The Alaska Biological Conservation database is an assembly of statewide biological information on rare species and critical habitats that include a textual relational database linked to a spatial GIS system that graphically defines geographic relationships of these data.
PURPOSE OF THE DATABASE:
To provide a consolidation of biological information for the state of Alaska for rare species and critical habitats, and to disseminate this information to public and private database users.
