DATABASE ABSTRACT (A brief summary of the data set): The data set consists of locality-related dta for 1) native animals and plants with special status or are otherwise ecologically sensitive and 2) selected sensitive habitats of Arizona. PURPOSE OF THE DATABASE: The purpose of the database is to keep track of the occurrence and ecological status of sensitive animals, plants, and habitats of Arizona. (Yes or No): Yes EXPLAIN GAPS IN THE DATA:   Yes, however, financial and staff constraints often means that highest priority is put on processing data since about 1960 (depending on species). Thus data from earlier dates is processed erratically depending on staff time available or agency needs.
