There are many occasions on which gifts should be made. It just feels right to do so. These may be for family members, loyal workers, team members, neighbors...almost anyone. Remember the feelings produced by your last gift from someone? It is a good feeling. There need not be special days to promote gift giving. In truth, the unexpected gift is better for its unexpectedness.
Consider banding together, pooling funds, to provide pleasing lasting gifts such as presenting to someone:

Not opposed to giving flowers, candy, or pen and pencil sets, we suggest that the following gifts will be more appreciated, more noteworthy, and more likely to have news or media appeal than conventional gifts...and will provide long, deep-seated, and pleasant memories, as well as their long service functions:
