Stills is an Internet market place for rural-related images of all types. This a place for staff photographers as well as others (for a fee) to display their images from within the region for sale and other uses.

It may become involved in paintings and other artistic work with the Sculptors.
One of its functions (with CDs and other publications) is to set up permanent picture points and to take and store images for later comparison, analyses, and appreciation. Computer aided methods for comparisons will be a studies effort for development, publication and promotion as a service.
