  General Distribution Comments

  3* In the Yucat n Peninsula this species is known only from the type
     locality, a small cay at the southern end of Lighthouse Reef,
     approximately 72 km off the coast of central Belize. It can be expected
     to occur on other small cays on Lighthouse Reef and possibly in the near
     by Turneffe Islands. Dixon (1964) reported this species from the Bay
     Islands of Honduras, and Echternacht (1968:151) reported a specimen from
     Isla Guanaja, Honduras.
