Notes:
We computed the NDVI and the first transformation of the tasseled cap transformations (the soil brightness index) and combined these transformation with the original 6 bands of information from the satellite.
We calculated the mean and standard deviation from each of the 8 input bands within the 400 meter radius circle landscape.
